A catalogue of over forty courses for schools and businesses, each built around one real task done properly rather than a tour of tools. Every course ends with something the participants made and can defend: a charter, a rebuilt process, a policy draft, a working project. Delivered only by trainers with years of demonstrated experience in education or instructional design.

Every staff course runs as a cycle: a working day, a task in your own practice, and a follow-up at two to six weeks. Four further courses for middle leaders cover department leadership, curriculum design, data and reporting, and team capability.

Starts from the process or the analysis you own, not from the technology. Ends with one signed decision: what to change first, what to leave alone, and what was checked.
How business courses run
Each course is a cycle: a working day on your own recurring work, a gap task carried out in the business, and a follow-up at two to six weeks to review what was adopted and what was dropped. Nothing under NDA and no personal data enters the room; participants bring the shape of their work, not its contents.
Courses are provider-neutral. We do not rank or recommend products and we take no commission from any vendor.
Bespoke programmes
Where a business needs a course that does not exist, we write it. The method is the same: one real task, an artefact the participants make, and a follow-up that checks whether it survived contact with the work.
Pricing
Priced per course and per cohort, with a fixed fee agreed before delivery. Multi-course programmes and trust-wide or group-wide delivery are priced as programmes. Travel is at cost and agreed in advance.
Who delivers it
The company uses only trainers with years of demonstrated experience in education or instructional design. No course is delivered by someone whose experience is in the tools alone. Trainers work from the same infrastructure the company builds and runs, which is why the courses are unimpressed by the tools and precise about what they do.
The catalogue has been written to a published standard: every course states what participants will be able to do afterwards, what they leave with, and its safeguarding position, and no course claims an outcome it has not been designed to produce.
