Sustainability and producer compliance, the systems and subscriptions a business runs on, security and governance policy, and a fixed-fee Position Review that ends in a decision you can act on, including the decision not to build. Where the answer is a system, the software division builds it.

Courses and training for schools and businesses, from pupil programmes and staff development to leadership strategy and governor briefings, and a business track for teams, operations and analysis. Delivered only by trainers with years of demonstrated experience in education or instructional design.

Scoped in writing before work starts. The price moves only when the scope does, and a scope change is a document you sign.
Staged payment
Three stages against witnessed milestones. The final stage falls due when the intellectual property transfers to you.
Code custody
Your code is held on our own machines and private infrastructure throughout. It is never placed on a third-party hosted repository.
Evidence
Each stage closes on a written evidence document with cited test results and review findings, not a status call.
